Not an exploit, but damm good exp imho.
Zone: Maj`Dul
Quest starter : A Tears Grifter
Reward About 4g with body drops averaged in.
4-7 faction coins that sell on my server for 70s-1g ea.
And the best part 3-4% exp per run (kills and quest exp.)
The only downside is about a 20 min lockout timer.
This is an easy solo run that takes about 4 min to finish.
Mobs scale with character lvl, so exp stays high.
Have fun

Pet pulling techniques (EQ2 O Gaming)
This works in Varsoon, and some other zones, not all zones tho.
with this exploit you can pull a mob 3-4 rooms away with no adds.
this is how it works:
cast TANK pet, buff pet, invis yourself, run into the room with the named, target the lowest con mob in the group that you are pulling, keep mob targeted, and go back to your pull spot (can be 3-4 rooms away), once you are back at your pull spot, send your pet for the attack, AS SOON AS YOU AGRO (you will see either your pet’s health or mobs health go down) start spaming the (back pet off) button non stop, your pet will run back through all those rooms and pull the named back to you with no adds.
this is great to do in a farming group, especially in places like varsoon (you might have to have people open doors for you because you cannot loose target on the named, or you can park pet by the mob, then use your aa that lets you control pet to target mob, then when it wears off just use follow and backup buttons after pull)
Money Trade without Wait time to alt. Toons (Everquest 2 map)
I found an easy way to transfer money without using the mail system. What I do is go into any crafting zone and buy fuel.
If you want to trade 20g go and buy fuel with the character that has the money and spend all 20g and put the fuel in your shared slots. When you log onto the toon you want the money on take the fuel and sell it. There is no loss in money when selling fuel back.
Does not work for different city toons though since shared slots are not shared between cities.
Takes about 5 minutes instead of an hour or whatever it is to trade items in the mail. Hope this is helpful.
Walkthough: Missing Mask HQ made EASY!!!! (Eq2 guides)
Once you have received the quest and you go to the basement to follow the footprints, this can be a lengthy quest.
After you complete the 2 above parts you will be on the billy section of this quest. This can take several hours of camping to spawn them in all the locations.
All you have to do is zone in until billy is up in the Chapel. If he is not up zone out and back in until he is, kill him and do it again for the game room billy. As long as you dont kill a sister you will not have a reset timer. Once you kill all the billy’s zone in and out until the swine lord pops in the stable. Once you have the swine lord finish the quest the rest of the way through and you will not have to camp one mob for the entire quest.
Places to get Discovery Experience for AA’s (Eq2 recipes)
This is a bit of useful information I found on the official forums. It is a list of places you can get discovery experiance since they reset them with the expansion. As I am sure you know, discoveries now contribute to your earned AA points and you can gain several points just from visiting these areas. Enjoy!
Here are some locations that I have found that gave me Location Exp towards AA’s. Sorry no /locations on them… The % is how much AA Exp I recieved at the AA lvl shown…

Farming a named that drops masters at times (Everquest 2 items)
Hey, this is especially gewd for the summoner class, cuz this drops one of the best weapons in the game for summoners (40% pet heal)
ok, so first, ya need to be pretty high level i say bout 56+ (im guessing on this, cuz i found this out at level 60) zone into living tombs from sinking sands. run down the sewer line, and jump down into the water, there usually is a group of vvv zombies, easy solo, but can get annoyoing. after you clear them out, there shold be a little tablet of stone in front of you, and just beyond that, there shold be a solo group of zombies, kill those and stand where they spawn, so the vvv zombies dont spawn on you while you are in battle.
to spawn the named (its a triggered spawn, but not always spawns, sometimes you just get a PH) you need to kill 5 sets of mummy/zombie things, all solo level 51ish, the first group is right where you should be standing (a tad bit beyond the tablet of stone with writing) if you were to look straight at the steps where a door is, the gruops of zombies are at your 9 o’clock, 10:30ish, 1:30ish, 3 o’clock directions, you DO NOT need to kill the 2 ghost market enforcers. so after you kill all of the groups of mummies, wait a sec and from the doors (between the 2 market enforcers) there will either spawn 2 mini ghosts, or the named…like tradeskeeper anun or sumthin, he is fairly easy to kill, and will always drop a chest. not a master chest, but a chest, after you kill him, it will take roughly 5 min for the 5 gruops of zombies to respawn which from there you can start of your process of killing.
be aware: when you are killing, dont kill too close to the steps, or wandering zombies will agro (heroic zombies) and dont kill too close to the pool cuz the gruop of zombies there will agro (solo)
EASY gold in freeport with little work and time (Everquest 2 Furniture)
I was bored the other day so i was runnin around freeport lookin for ‘?’ the best place to find them (for low lvls[i was 11 at the time) is the sunken city (for this guide) its a very small zone so you dont have to worry about getting lost. it was around 5-6 in the morning and i was the ONLY person in the zone. i found 1 '?' about ever 1 minuete, i even found them within 10 seconds of eachother. since i was lvl 11 i didnt have to worry about much aggro, not that there is much, and the ones that do aggro i could run around them. after i had about 20-25 of them (which took about 35 min tops) i set up my shop in my apartment (which for those who dont know you need to buy a 'Merchant bulletin board' from any merchant in your town [should be the first item on their list]) and place it on your room. when i went to sleep i made over 2 gold just from selling cracked/shattered bones and moths so do this before you go to bed and when you wake up…youll have a nice present waiting for you
Amazing new PL area one week left (Eq2 berserker)
But it’s for anyone BELOW 60. It’s is better probably between 1-40 though.
There is a new special world event called FrostFell going on. I believe it’s supposed to last for 15 days.
Read the the LU18 notes for more information on where to start.
After doing the first quest you will receive another quest from a NPC called Pinchy Presentpeeler.
Pinchy wants you to go to the Elfin Wonderland and stop the Grump. Talking to the NPC will transport you to the Zone. You will receive two items: A santa like hat and a satchel with snowballs. Equip both. Clear a hotkey and drag the charm slot with the snowball bag to the open hotkey.
There is a box that looks like a present when you zone in — don’t click it, it will zone you back to your home zone, and you can’t back in for an hour.
You need to find several bottles to finish the quest. These are lying on the ground all over the place. DON’T PICK THEM UP.
The snowball bag is like a nuke..it hits for at least 2K. You can kill every mob in the zone in two hits. None of the mobs drops any chest as far as I know, but you can clear the zone fairly quickly and they are all equal level to yours. Either regular or v. There are no grouped mobs — all solo. There was one decent loot item, about 2g plus change, and several other items that sold for 30+ silver.
As long you as you don’t finish the quest you can keep going back every hour. You should probably finish the quest before the world event is over though.
