Constant Free Inn Room (Everquest 2 character creation)
October 27th, 2007When you first buy an inn room it is free. Then in about 5 days you have to pay the upkeep. Well if you follow these steps you will not have to pay the upkeep fees and will still have an inn room.
Follow these steps about a day or so (you can wait a longer if you want but don't let the time before upkeep expire) before the upkeep is due.
1. Get all your items from inside your house (you may need a couple bags or make a trip to the bank). If you leave anything behind you will lose it. Also if you wait till after the upkeep time expires you will have to pay the upkeep to get your items.
2. Give up your house
3. Double click on inn door again, and then buy a new room for free.
4. Go back in your house and setup your stuff.
This works best for people who only use there house to sell and have only a bulletin board. It also only works on the start off inn rooms.
