Heya, this is just a simple idea (but i don’t think it’s that obvious) on how to make small sums (around 10-50silver every night).
Basically the idea is to look at your recipe book, and set the filter to only display refining materials processes. Then you would take a material like Allspice which can’t be bought by the merchant, and so can only be obtained from a broker, or by gathering your own. Then you would ‘Browse’ the market and look at how much other people are selling Allspice for:
Example:
Allspice x6 | 2s |
Allspice x20 |1s |
Allspice x20 |10c |
Allspice x5 |5c |
With this, you would buy all the Allspices (which you will be comfortable buying) and then sell them for the most that you bought them for. So after you start selling them, (placing in house vault, at which i strongly suggest that you buy two bags, so you can increase your vaults capacity) when you browse the market again it should look something like this:
From Example:
Allspice x20 |2s |
Allspice x20 | 2s |
Allspice x11 | 2s |
And hopefully no one else would sell Allspice cheaper than you, if someone was to, then just buy all the Allspice they have, and continue selling at 2s. Hopefully, after leaving the selling overnight selling from the house vault, people should find that they need Allspice to craft other things, and so they will be forced to either go out on a long arduous trip to collect Allspice, or have to pay for Allspice at a rather expensive level from the Broker. Which is what most people would do seeing as having to go out to search got Allspice is not as easy.
