Legolas, tree huger, longhaired guys with pointy ears, all those names should make you think of a Wood Elf. Wood elves are what you would call the hippies of the elves. They love their woods and would gladly slay any orc or goblin that tried to defile their forest.

There will most likely be a ton of wood elf rangers named Legal0s or some 1337 variation. Wood elves often supply the high elves with their happy grass. They also tend to hate half elves and beat the hell out of them.

Wood elves are of good alignment.

They have a specialized vision called infravision that allows them to see living beings in the dark.
