This is simply a way for you to keep from going back and forth to your city. This works in Freeport - and assume that it works in Qeynos as well…

First off - when you are able to get your writs (Level 10) - Go Get Them. Looking at the writ giver, right click on them and Hail them. They will give you a choice of which writ to choose. Click on the First One and a Quest window will pop up. Don't Accept It!!

Now, with the Quest window still open, right click the writ giver again and Hail. They will give you a choice of writs again. Choose the Second one and a quest widnow will open up. If you only had two quests available to you, then go ahead and accept each quest. If not, then rinse and repeat for as many writs were available.

It is Really Nice to have 6 people in a group (better if in the same guild, but works nicely solo none the less) on the same writs going into the CL and having 6 writs done at the same time. Watch your status rise as well as guild status.

Again, this is nice to keep from going back and forth to the city to keep grabbing writs. Saves lots of time.
